All this will be surrounded by a large amount of greenery and a color palette in the Scandinavian climate, which is the leitmotif in the new Business Link locations, emphasizing the Swedish roots of the operator’s parent company. The interior design of the new Business Link office is the responsibility of Pracownia Maćków from Wrocław.
The strength of the new Business Link location is its location. The axis of the Centrum Południe office building is Powstańców Śląskich Street, located in a dynamically developing part of the city, with a lot of greenery. Skanska’s investment is also distinguished by the proximity of the Main Railway Station, the Old Town and the Market Square, as well as the availability of as many as thirteen tram lines and five bus lines, thanks to which access by public transport becomes easy and convenient. Tenants who prefer to commute to work by bike will also be satisfied with the new location of Business Link – there is a comfortable bicycle path leading to the complex, and the building is equipped with an extensive infrastructure for lovers of two wheels: stands, an additional lift, a repair station and sanitary facilities for cyclists.
