Business Link with a new location in Poznań!

The new Business Link will be built in the Nowy Rynek office complex in Poznań. Thus, the operator of premium office space continues its expansion in Skanska's office buildings. The commissioning of the space is scheduled for Q4 2024.

Business Link will offer future clients a 1950 sq. m modern flexible space with 268 workplaces. The flexible offices will be located on the first floor of the Nowy Rynek E office building, a building that stands out for its solutions supporting the well-being of employees and meeting the requirements of the “Building without barriers“ certificate. In the international LEED certification, which assesses aspects related to environmental friendliness, the investment received a score at the highest Platinum level. The MIXD architectural studio is responsible for the interior design in the new Poznań location.

New location, familiar standard

It is already known that the space will be prepared in a very similar standard to the latest Business Link location in the Studio office building in Warsaw, the opening of which is scheduled for spring this year. In the office rooms and common areas, appropriate acoustics, air quality, as well as ideal lighting will be ensured. Each office space will have direct access to daylight, and the planned common areas will offer an entertainment and relaxation zone.
