The modern Centrum Południe office building will be our second Wroclaw location. We will offer 1700 sqm of flexible space to future clients to be delivered in May 2023.

The office space will include small and large offices, project and a hot – desk workspaces. We can also configure the office space to the client's requirements. 

The new Business Link location will include several amenities for future clients. The space will be equipped with a modern kitchen with a communal table and dining space, a common area with soft armchairs and sofas, points with coffee makers and hot-desk workstations. Electronic entertainment enthusiasts will also enjoy a nook with a console and a large screen. The new space will also provide tenants with three conference rooms of various sizes, equipped with professional audio-video sets, and  150 sqm of space for rest. The new office will also include two server rooms for exclusive customers' use.

The axis of the Centrum Południe office building is Powstańców Śląskich Street, located in a rapidly developing part of the city.

The Centrum Południe office building is the first building in Wroclaw to receive WELL certification, and the its first phase also received the prestigious LEED Core & Shell certification at the Platinum level.
