Results of the Business Link customer satisfaction survey in 2023

As every year, Business Link conducted a customer satisfaction survey examining several areas of use of our office space. This is an integral part of the continuous improvement and development of the solutions we offer. We present the most important results and conclusions from this year's survey.

At the end of 2023, we conducted a satisfaction survey among users of all Business Link locations. It is an inseparable element of continuous improvement and development of our solutions, which takes place periodically. As a result, we are constantly looking at and comparing the results of the current survey

with the results from previous years, because we want to continuously increase the satisfaction of using the Business Link spaces.

The feedback from our customers is extremely valuable to us and is the foundation of our efforts to continuously improve our products and services. We would like to share the main results of a recent study that confirms the standard offered by Business Link.
