Studio office building – Skanska’s latest project in Warsaw is a new location of the premium flexible office operator – the second in the capital. Business Link provides future tenants with nearly 2900 sq. m. modern flexible space with up to 400 workplaces.
The new Business Link will be built in the Nowy Rynek office complex in Poznań. Thus, the operator of premium office space continues its expansion in Skanska’s office buildings. The commissioning of the space is scheduled for Q4 2024.
As every year, Business Link conducted a customer satisfaction survey examining several areas of use of our office space. This is an integral part of the continuous improvement and development of the solutions we offer. We present the most important results and conclusions from this year’s survey.
Achieving the WELL Health-Safety Rating (HSR) certificate as the first among office space operators in Poland is next step for Business Link in the area of its long-standing efforts to take care of the health, safety and well-being of its customers. The company, which is part of the Skanska Group, thus becomes the first serviced office operator in Poland to pass the rigorous international assessment system in this regard.

The Centrum Południe office building is the second location of Business Link in Wrocław. The flex office operator, which belongs to the Skanska Group, offers its future tenants over 1700 sq. m. flexible space. The space was commissioned in June 2023.
