The new Business Link will be created in the Studio office complex, Skanska’s latest Warsaw project. Business Link, a Skanska Group company, will offer future tenants nearly 2,900 sqm of modern, flexible space with up to 400 workspaces. The new location will be ready to host new clients in April 2024.

The Centrum Południe office building is the second location of Business Link in Wrocław. The flex office operator, which belongs to the Skanska Group, offers its future tenants over 1700 sq. m. flexible space. The space was commissioned in June 2023.
